Chumphon was one of 14 provinces in South of Thailand. I wanted to go there because last october I took an oath with Prince Chumphon and I have one's hopes fulfilled.On December 2007, My colleaque invited me to vitsit his hometown for travelling and make a votive offering. but I can’t go course to I got accident on next day.
Therefore I hope someday I will vitsit there.
Until Now!!!
“Yai” was my junior in Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts. He invited me to his house at Chumphon. After I clear up my job .....so I'm not hesitage to accept his invitation. immediately say Yes!
Friday 29th August, 2008
I went to Southern Bus Terminal very late because I had many job in today. After I get out from my office I call to my friend for ask him for whare is his lacated. and I want beg him to booking bus ticket for me as well.
I take a bus at 8.40 p.m. and leave from Bangkok in 15 minutes later. On the bus my friend and I talking in many stories look like we never met in long time. Until midnight we are agree to sleeping because we had many thing to do on next day.
Saturday 30th August, 2008
About 3.33 a.m. I arrived to Chumphon and wake Yai up to lead us to his home.
About 30 minutes later his father come to pick us up from Chomporn bus terminal .
Their house was detached house had single storied. In moderately area had allocated by designer was divisibly featuring :
- three bed rooms
- living room
- kitchen and
- restroom
Outside remain had area for did many thing like created flower garden ,backyard garden and small farm.
At noon we go to Prince Chumphons Monument, Chumphon offer his heigher prince of 100 eggs and warships.( this rite is for say thanks with any gods that we believe they give us a wish to success anything that we prayed)
After that we go to Mu Ko Chumphon National Park. There we can walked in mangrove forest because have a long bridge in a forest. Morever in that had a rope bridge.
In the evening Yai’s family had a little party. He told me “we often had party like this 2-3 times/week” This party had menu like :
- Yum vermicelli
- Yum coconut leaf
- Green curry
- Shrimboil with fish sauce
- Chilli pate ( Thai style for dipping with fresh vegetable)
- Cake
end of party I am feeling so full
Sunday 31st August, 2008
I waked up at about 7 a.m. I walked around house for take a breaf and adserbing with impressive local flowers, view seeing ,tree, Coccinia grandis Voigt, coop, and more……
At noon
Yai father's drive us to TOONG WUA LAEN BEACH. There is a beautifull long white sandy beach in front of my eyes, had big mountain divide of area. On the beach had many small animal like crab, bird etc

Two days in Chumphon I am so happy . Sometime I feeling an little envy Yai because in his family was good-natured.
many reason like.
When Yai wanted to talk with his parent. He must used some word instead his name was “look” (gentle word look like kid)
When his younger brother wanted to talked with him. His younger brother must used some word instead his name was “nong”
Most impotant Yai and His mom invited ' let’s eats', let’s eats many times a whole days !!!!
Oh!!! I am so full both stomach and inside of my heart.…………
